Job description
This NICU Registered Nurse contract offers an exciting opportunity to work in a Level III neonatal intensive care setting, providing specialized care to micro preemies and patients on high-frequency ventilation. You'll be covering weekend shifts on a 12-hour night schedule, floating across five hospitals in the Voorhees Township area, including Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL. This role involves handling challenging but rewarding cases, with a patient ratio of 1:2, and requires a solid background of 2-3 years in neonatal intensive care. You'll need to be comfortable with Level III procedures, couplet care, and experience with Epic systems is a plus. Be prepared for a schedule where floating within skillset is expected, but long-term scheduling restrictions like block scheduling are not permitted.
