Job description
Join Clinch Valley Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in our Labor and Delivery and Nursery units for a six-week travel assignment. This role offers a unique opportunity to float between the OB and Nursery wards, providing crucial support during a time when less than 15 deliveries per month keep your skills sharp without the intense hustle of high-volume units. Night shifts run 12 hours from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., allowing for a balanced schedule and plenty of time during the day to explore the beautiful surroundings. You'll be part of a dedicated team caring for a Level 3 OB patient population, utilizing Meditech EHR, and working with general OB equipment. Your responsibilities will include labor and delivery care, nursery support, and monitoring fetal status—perfect for nurses with at least one year of OB experience seeking a rewarding and varied assignment.
