Join our team as a Telemetry RN on a 13-week travel contract at Wilson Medical Center in Wilson, NC. This role offers a hands-on experience managing adult and geriatric patients with conditions such as CHF, COPD, and post-cardiac cath care. The schedule is a 12-hour night shift, giving you the opportunity to explore local sights during your days off. Expect to work in a well-equipped unit with a patient ratio of 5:1 or 6:1, and to manage both discharges and admissions with a focus on cardiac and med-surg overflow cases. This position emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and critical thinking, especially with skills like EKG interpretation and cardiac drip management.
