Job description
Join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in the CVICU at a vibrant healthcare facility in Peoria, Illinois. This role offers a chance to work with post-open heart surgical patients including CABG, valves, dissections, and other complex cardiovascular conditions. You'll cover 12-hour night shifts, providing vital support to critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. If you thrive on interpreting strips, titrating multiple drips, and managing ventilated patients, this is your opportunity to step into a role where your expertise truly matters. Experience with devices like IABPs, Impellas, Swan Ganz, ECMO, and external pacemakers is essential to hit the ground running. Expect to collaborate with a dedicated team of charge nurses, RTs, and advanced practice providers, all while making a real impact on patient outcomes.
