Med/Surg RN in Morgantown, West Virginia

This 13-week travel contract offers registered nurses an opportunity to work on the Medical-Surgical and Cardiac units in Morgantown, WV. You’ll be responsible for managing a variety of patients including those with IDDM, COPD, trauma, ortho, ENT, and urology concerns. The role involves performing up to 12 patient turns daily and titrating drips such as Heparin, making it suitable for those comfortable with dynamic clinical settings. Shifts are 12-hour nights, providing a rhythm that allows for a balanced lifestyle while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment with in-house telemetry and RT support. Experience with telemetry interpretation is essential, as well as the ability to work with nursing staff and charge nurses who oversee patient care.
