Registered Nurse (RN) –Middleburg Heights,OH

Local Pay : $57.89/hour

Travel Package:

Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hourly $30.84, Stipend (Lodging $987.00 + M&I $427.00) = $1,414.00, 

Total Comp: $2,524.24

Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:

•      Straight Nights 7P-7A, EOW, every other Holiday

Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical RN

Med-Surg RN Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.

• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and identify changes that require immediate attention.

• Administer medications, IV fluids, treatments, and other therapies as ordered by physicians.

• Assist with procedures, wound care, pain management, mobility, and activities of daily living.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

• Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans, and ongoing care needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing 

• Current RN license in State of OH or Multistate License

• Active BLS Certification

• Minimum of one (1) year related experience within the last 3 years.

• Travel experience required

• Additional certifications may be required.

• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
