Office/Clinic RN in Farmington, Connecticut

Join a dedicated outpatient nephrology team in Farmington, CT, where you'll provide skilled nursing care in a clinical setting that values your expertise. This 13-week contract offers a steady schedule with 8-hour daytime shifts from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., no weekends, no on-call duties, and no major holidays—leaving plenty of time to enjoy what the area has to offer. Your focus will be on supporting patients with chronic kidney disease and related conditions, utilizing your minimum of 2 years of acute care experience and proficiency with Epic electronic health records. Experience with CKD will give you an added advantage, and BLS certification is required for this role. This position is unique in the outpatient nephrology clinic setting, providing a chance to build specialized expertise while maintaining a predictable schedule and work-life balance. Because team collaboration is essential, you'll be part of a rotation pool that may include some mandatory overtime to ensure seamless patient care coverage.
