The unit utilizes tele monitors, and tele techs interpret strips, allowing RNs to focus on patient care. You will be working both independently and collaboratively, with a supportive team that includes charge nurses and patient care techs. The unit requires flexibility, team orientation, and a willingness to learn, making it an ideal environment for professional growth over the contract period.
