- 15 - 18 shifts per month -- 12-hour shifts, 7 am - 7 pm
- Annual ED volume: 4,000 patients
- Hospital-based emergency medicine setting
- Day-shift hospitalist on site -- tele-intensivist coverage overnight
- ED physician responds to all codes on the med/surg floor
- No APP support available
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
