• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Shift Duration: 8 hour days
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,920-$2,060

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience, with the ability to work independently
• Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license
• BLS certification
• Experience in acute care or inpatient therapy preferred
• Comfort working as a first-time traveler is a plus
• Epic experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services for patients with diagnoses such as CVA, orthopedic conditions, and dementia
• Recommend home programs and discharge plans to support safe transitions of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and discharge readiness
• Float throughout the hospital as needed, excluding pediatrics
• Document accurately and efficiently in the EMR system
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment
