We are seeking a dedicated Medical Specialist to join our customer's team as part of a dynamic, innovative environment focused on building high-impact healthcare tools and applications. This remote position is ideal for a knowledgeable clinician eager to leverage medical expertise in collaborative, multi-turn conversational projects that involve designing system prompts and rubrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply advanced clinical diagnosis and treatment planning across a variety of medical scenarios.
Contribute to the design and evaluation of conversational agent workflows, ensuring medical accuracy and efficacy.
Interpret diagnostic data and integrate findings into robust, patient-centric care pathways.
Develop comprehensive health assessments and provide recommendations in nutrition, dietetics, and pharmacology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine prompt strategies and quality assurance rubrics.
Facilitate multi-turn conversations with agents, offering expert insight and feedback to optimize system performance.
Stay current with emerging trends in immunology, medical genetics, and digital healthcare technology to inform project development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven expertise in clinical diagnosis, medical knowledge, and patient care management.
Strong background in pharmacology, diagnostic interpretation, nutrition, and dietetics.
In-depth understanding of anatomy, physiology, immunology, and medical genetics.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage complex problem-solving tasks.
Experience with designing conversational flows, system prompts, and evaluation rubrics.
