Job Summary:

Join our customer’s expert team as a Swiss German Audio transcription Expert, where you’ll leverage your linguistic mastery and audio processing skills to deliver precise and insightful transcripts. You’ll play a pivotal role in transcribing complex, domain-specific Swiss German audio content, contributing to high-impact AI projects and multilingual data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Transcribe Swiss German audio recordings with a strong focus on complex and domain-specific content.
Utilize AI-powered transcription tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to resolve linguistic ambiguities and maintain linguistic consistency.
Proofread and edit transcripts, ensuring correct grammar, context, and terminology usage.
Safeguard data confidentiality and adhere to strict data handling protocols.
Communicate findings and challenges effectively within a multilingual team environment.
Organize and manage audio files and transcription data for streamlined workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Native or fluent proficiency in Swiss German, with strong comprehension skills.
Demonstrated experience in audio transcription, especially with complex spoken content.
Familiarity with AI transcription tools and speech data processing techniques.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in transcription and proofreading.
Ability to uphold data confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
