About the Role

As a Clinical Medicine AI Specialist, you will directly improve the accuracy and safety of AI in clinical reasoning, diagnostic support, and patient-facing health information. Your professional judgment will teach AI to understand the nuances of medical language, evidence hierarchies, and real-world clinical workflows.

Your contributions will include:

Reviewing AI-Generated Clinical Summaries: Evaluating AI's interpretation of patient histories, discharge notes, imaging reports, and multi-disciplinary case discussions.
Labeling Clinical Cases & Symptoms: Annotating de-identified case vignettes, symptom clusters, and differential diagnoses aligned with current clinical guidelines.
Evaluating AI-Powered Diagnostic & Triage Suggestions: Assessing diagnostic recommendations, treatment plans, and triage outputs, and providing expert, guideline-based feedback.
Building Medical Knowledge Graphs: Defining and validating relationships between diseases, drugs, procedures, contraindications, and ICD / SNOMED concepts.
Who We're Looking For
A medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent), or an advanced degree (MSc / PhD) in a clinical or biomedical field. Board certification or specialist qualification is highly desirable.
Practical clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or academic medical center; a recognized specialty (e.g., internal medicine, radiology, oncology, cardiology, pathology) is a major plus.
A deep understanding of clinical guidelines, medical terminology (ICD-10 / 11, SNOMED CT, LOINC), and evidence-based medicine.
Strong analytical and critical-reasoning skills with rigorous attention to detail.
Commitment to patient privacy, data de-identification standards, and clinical ethics.
Compensation

Compensation for our medical and financial experts typically ranges from $70 to $150 USD per hour, reflecting the critical nature and deep expertise required for these tasks. Rates at the higher end of this range are reserved for projects requiring highly specialized knowledge (e.g., niche surgical experience, complex diagnostic subspecialty) or extensive professional experience.
