- 8-hr shifts see avg 20 - 24 patients; 9-hr shifts avg 25 - 27 patients
- Walk-in patients included -- 4 walk-ins added to prebooked schedules
- Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working family patient population
- Patients ages 6 months and up
- Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits
