- Monday - Friday 7 am - 3 pm, 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation
- 15 patients per shift
- Spinal cord stimulation and radio-frequency ablation required
- Office visits, follow-up visits, and injections
- Fellowship required
- Hospital privileges required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
