Weekend - Machine Operators

Machine Operator – Weekend Shift Job Summary Earn $21.62/hour working just three days a week as a Machine Operator in Draper. This weekend-only position gives you your weekdays back while you work in a clean room manufacturing environment where precision, technology, and hands-on skill come together. If you're comfortable running production equipment and working with technical processes, this role is worth a serious look. What You'll Do 

• Operate a variety of production machines including laser machines, welding equipment, and CNC machinery
• Perform precise cutting operations to tight specifications
• Work within a clean room environment, following proper protocols to maintain product integrity
• Mix and handle chemicals safely using required PPE — including face shields, aprons, and skin protection
• Use computer systems including an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to track and log production data
• Operate handheld scanners for inventory and process tracking
• Set up and use microscopes for inspection and quality verification

 What You Bring Required 

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Comfort working with chemicals and wearing full PPE for extended periods
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliability and attention to detail in a precision manufacturing setting

 Preferred 

• CNC machine experience
• Prior clean room or controlled manufacturing environment experience
• Familiarity with MES systems or similar production software
