Fiberglass Finisher JOB SUMMARY Join our growing composites team as a Fiberglass Finisher in North Salt Lake, Utah! This immediate opening offers competitive pay of $18-22/hour and the opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing company. As a Fiberglass Finisher, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality finished products through expert sanding, polishing, and surface preparation techniques. RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Sand and grind fiberglass surfaces to achieve smooth, professional finishes
• Apply and work with Bondo for surface repairs and preparation
• Polish and buff composite materials to meet quality specifications
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Measure and align components to precise specifications
• Maintain finishing equipment and tools in proper working condition
• Perform deburring operations on composite parts
• Work collaboratively with production team to meet daily output goals
• Document quality checks and report any issues to supervision
• Follow all safety protocols when working with fiberglass materials

 QUALIFICATIONS Required:

• Previous experience working with Bondo application and finishing
• Proven experience in end product finishing, buffing, and sanding techniques
• Ability to wear a respirator for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and work with hands for extended periods

 Preferred:

• Experience in fiberglass or composite manufacturing
• Knowledge of grinding and polishing equipment
• Understanding of quality control processes
• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Ability to read basic measurements and specifications

 SCHEDULE & SHIFT Monday through Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMOvertime available on Fridays as neededExpected weekly hours: 45-50 hours per week COMPENSATION $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experienceOvertime pay available for hours worked over 40 per week Ready to start your career as a Fiberglass Finisher?
