Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
- Permanent Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
- Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Active NIHSS certification preferred or required for submission readiness
- All certifications must be current and in hand; pending items are not accepted
- Ability to successfully complete orientation assessments
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to telemetry changes
- Assess patients, administer medications, and support individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes
- Document care accurately and maintain strong clinical communication
- Support patient safety, teamwork, professionalism, and quality nursing care
