• Position: Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Job
• Shift: Day shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Shift Duration: 12 hours
• Hours per Week: 36
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: October 23, 2026
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Location: Cleveland area, OH 44125

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Tele, medical-surgical telemetry, or a closely related specialty
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• NIHSS required prior to start
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the same specialty
• Willingness to complete ECG rhythm recognition testing and safeMedicate during orientation
• Ability to meet all compliance and onboarding requirements prior to start

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Interpret dysrhythmias and support safe management of telemetry patients
• Administer medications, coordinate care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered clinical environment
• Support unit goals while adapting to a dynamic and fast-moving hospital setting
