Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Strong critical thinking skills in a high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environment
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly as a travel nurse in a busy emergency department

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent medical needs
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients in the Emergency Department
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to support timely treatment and care planning
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and document patient care accurately
• Respond quickly and appropriately to changing patient conditions and clinical emergencies
• Maintain a calm, compassionate, and professional presence in a fast-paced ER environment
• Support a safe, efficient, and patient-centered care experience
