• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,550 - $1,670
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8s, with start times of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• On-Call: Variable; weekday post-shift coverage until 8:00 PM and weekend coverage from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Hours Per Week: 40

EEG Tech Job Requirements

• Current R.EEGT. credential
• Minimum of 3 years of EEG technologist or EEG technician experience
• Experience in inpatient, outpatient, ICU, and emergency department settings
• Experience with adult, adolescent, and geriatric patient populations
• Familiarity with Epic charting preferred
• Experience with neurodiagnostic procedures and monitoring techniques
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced EEG procedures in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Provide neurodiagnostic support for ICU and ER patients as needed
• Carry out electrode placement and ensure high-quality data collection
• Assist with ambulatory EEG, long-term video monitoring, and sleep-related studies
• Support additional testing such as evoked potentials and seizure studies
• Work collaboratively with the care team to help ensure accurate and timely diagnostic results
• Maintain a professional, patient-centered approach while adapting to changing clinical needs
