Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of CT technologist or hospital-based imaging experience preferred
• Current ARRT RT(R) credential required
• Current ARRT (CT) credential required
• Current, unencumbered Oregon Radiologic Technology license required
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required
• Strong attention to detail, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans in accordance with imaging protocols and radiation safety standards
• Prepare patients for procedures and clearly explain scan processes to support a positive patient experience
• Position patients accurately to produce clear, diagnostic images for radiologists and care teams
• Work collaboratively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the hospital imaging department
• Follow radiation safety practices and maintain accurate imaging documentation
• Contribute to smooth weekend coverage and dependable patient throughput in a busy diagnostic imaging environment
