Cath Lab Tech / Rad Tech Travel Job in Mansfield, Texas

Join a fast-paced cardiac cath lab team in Mansfield, TX 76063, a welcoming community in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, as a Cath Lab Tech / Rad Tech on a 13-week travel assignment. Support advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures while working alongside a collaborative clinical team in a convenient on-site location.

• Type: Travel assignment
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,380 - $2,550
• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• End Date: 1/11/2027
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Shifts Per Week: 4
• Call: Required; rotating call schedule approximately every 6 weeks
• Orientation: Approximately 20-24 hours
• Setting: Cath lab / interventional cardiology environment
• Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics
• Location: Mansfield, TX 76063

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of cath lab or closely related radiology / cardiology experience required
• Travel experience required
• Epic experience required to be considered
• ACLS and BLS required
• ARRT(R), RCIS, or equivalent credential required
• Texas license required for ARRT-R candidates
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique, fluoroscopy, and interventional procedures
• Ability to work in a busy, team-oriented procedural environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Prepare equipment, maintain a sterile field, and support room setup for procedures
• Monitor and assist during procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, and vascular access cases
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care
• Recognize rhythm changes and respond appropriately in a high-acuity environment
• Participate in call coverage and support coverage needs as scheduled
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols and safety standards
