• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry or Med-Surg Tele nursing
• Active Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification preferred for telemetry and acute care environments
• One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty within the last 12 months
• All required certifications must be active and in hand at the time of submission
• Must be able to complete orientation requirements and facility competency assessments

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, recognize changes in patient status, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and provider orders
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate patient updates clearly and professionally
• Support a fast-paced, team-oriented acute care unit with strong clinical judgment and professionalism
