We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with Labor & Delivery experience to deliver excellent bedside care, support laboring and postpartum patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary obstetrics team. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience providing direct care in a Labor & Delivery setting
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, team-based hospital environment
- Comfort with travel nursing expectations and flexible staffing needs
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
- Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Support physicians, midwives, and the care team during labor and delivery
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
- Educate and reassure patients and families throughout the maternity care experience
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
