Job Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bone marrow transplant (BMT) or oncology nursing
- ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Card required
- Strong clinical skills in caring for hematologic oncology patients
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
- Must be comfortable working in a high-acuity inpatient setting
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients with malignant hematologic conditions
- Monitor and assess patients undergoing oncology treatments and supportive care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support treatment plans and improve patient outcomes
- Assist with care related to stem cell transplant and CAR-T service lines, as appropriate to role scope
- Support research protocols and unit workflows within the oncology division
