• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,190 - $2,310
• Orientation: 16 hours
• Patient Ratio: 4:1
• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend and as needed
• On-Call: As needed
• Floating: May float within scope of practice, including med surg and other campuses as needed

Job Requirements

• Active California RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Current CPI certification
• 3+ years of telemetry nursing experience
• At least 6 months of travel nursing experience
• Epic charting experience required
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively in a high-acuity telemetry environment
• Flexibility to float as needed based on unit census and patient care demands

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients with a focus on safety, accuracy, and compassion
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret dysrhythmias promptly and accurately
• Assess patient status, identify changes in condition, and communicate concerns to the care team
• Administer medications and support complex cardiac-related treatments within scope of practice
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the Epic charting system
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, pharmacy, and other interdisciplinary support teams
• Support rapid response or code situations as needed
• Provide safe, flexible coverage across assigned units and campuses when floating is required
