Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience required
• Minimum 2 years of specialty experience in oncology or infusion therapy required
• Experience in an outpatient infusion center or oncology clinic setting
• Experience administering chemotherapy in a clinic setting
• Chemotherapy and biotherapy certification required
• BLS certification required
• Recent Epic experience within the last 2 years required
• Strong documentation accuracy, clinical judgment, and patient safety focus
• Reliable transportation recommended for this Vermont area

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult hematology/oncology patients receiving infusion therapy
• Safely administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments according to clinical protocols
• Monitor patients for treatment response, side effects, and changes in condition
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in Epic
• Collaborate with physicians, infusion staff, and the care team to support timely, patient-centered treatment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant outpatient infusion environment
• Deliver compassionate education and support to patients throughout their care experience
