We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week homecare assignment in Forty Fort, Pennsylvania. This on-site home health nursing opportunity is ideal for an RN interested in managing a dedicated territory and caring for patients in the home setting. Located in the scenic Wyoming Valley near the Susquehanna River, the Forty Fort area offers a welcoming community atmosphere with convenient access to outdoor recreation, local dining, and the greater Wilkes-Barre region.

Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2290-$2660
• Location: Forty Fort, Pennsylvania
• Setting: Homecare / Home Health Nursing
• Start Date: 10/19/2026
• Duration: 13-week assignment
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Shifts Per Week: 5
• Hours Per Week: 40
• On-Call/Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend and 1 night of on-call per week
• Coverage Area: Luzerne County
• Mileage Reimbursement: Reimbursed between patient visits

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Recent home health or homecare experience is helpful
• Experience with HCHB is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated patient territory as the RN case manager
• Perform skilled routine home visits for assigned patients
• Complete start of care, resumption of care, recertification, and discharge visits
• Provide cross-coverage for team members within assigned territories as needed
• Provide 100% patient care in the home setting
