Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiation therapy or a related oncology specialty
• Active Radiation Therapy Technologist certification or equivalent qualification as required
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Ability to work a consistent weekday schedule with day shift coverage
• Willingness to work 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday during the assignment
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments according to established protocols and treatment plans
• Position patients accurately to ensure comfort, safety, and treatment precision
• Operate and monitor therapy equipment while maintaining a safe clinical environment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and oncology team members to support coordinated patient care
• Document treatment details, patient responses, and workflow updates accurately
• Follow department compliance, safety, and quality standards at all times
• Provide compassionate support to patients throughout their cancer treatment journey
