Job Requirements
- 2 years of Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) experience required
- Pediatric or adult respiratory care experience required
- Active Ohio respiratory license required
- BLS required
- ACLS required
- NRP required
- PALS required
- Level III or Level IV NICU experience preferred
- Ability to adapt to different units, workflows, and facility environments
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care services to pediatric and/or adult patients in a hospital setting
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions
- Administer respiratory therapies and respond to emergency care needs as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient responses, and progress
- Float to additional facilities as needed to support patient care operations
