Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent, full-time equivalent nursing experience within the last 3 years
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state where care is provided
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- ACLS certification required
- Labor & Delivery RN experience preferred
- High-risk Labor & Delivery or High-Risk OB experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery
- Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Support patients through labor, delivery, and recovery with compassion and professionalism
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to promote safe outcomes
- Assist with high-risk obstetric care as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical best practices
- Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
