Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided
• Minimum of 1 year of recent, full-time equivalent nursing experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Labor & Delivery experience required; high-risk OB experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality care to patients in Labor & Delivery
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support patients through labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery
• Collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesia, and the care team to promote positive outcomes
• Recognize and escalate high-risk situations with confidence and urgency
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Deliver compassionate education and emotional support to patients and families
