• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,030 - $3,190
• Schedule: Overnight nursing support in a Labor & Delivery and maternity care setting

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• ACLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 1 year of recent, full-time equivalent nursing experience required
• Recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience within the last 3 years preferred
• High-risk OB or high-risk Labor & Delivery experience preferred
• BSN or related bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centered care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Assist with deliveries and support the clinical team during high-acuity situations
• Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards and provider orders
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation throughout the care process
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiology, and interdisciplinary staff to support positive outcomes
• Deliver compassionate education and emotional support to patients and families
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient unit environment during night shifts
