Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of recent full-time equivalent nursing experience within the last 3 years
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- ACLS certification required
- Labor & Delivery RN experience preferred, including high-risk OB experience
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
- Support high-risk Labor & Delivery patients with clinical confidence and attention to detail
- Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, obstetric providers, and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes
- Assist with newborn stabilization and delivery-room care as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
- Deliver exceptional patient-centered care in a night-shift environment
