• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 10-hour day shifts
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Weekend Coverage: On-call only
• On-Call Expectations: Approximately 1 weekday night per week and 1 weekend per month
• Holiday Expectations: 1 major or 2 minor holidays
• Location: Falls Church, VA 22042 — a convenient Northern Virginia location known for its accessibility, community feel, and proximity to the Washington, D.C. metro area

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• RCIS certification required
• Experience working in a hospital-based cath lab or cardiovascular procedural setting
• Ability to work scheduled weekday shifts and participate in on-call coverage
• Experience with Epic is preferred
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures in a busy hospital cath lab
• Prepare patients and equipment for diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures
• Support physicians, nurses, and clinical staff during procedures to ensure safe, efficient workflow
• Monitor patient status and maintain accurate documentation throughout the case
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared procedure environment
• Respond to on-call needs as scheduled, including occasional weekday nights and weekend coverage
• Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered cardiovascular care team
