Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state where care is provided
• Minimum of 1 year of recent full-time equivalent nursing experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• ACLS certification required
• Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred, including high-risk OB exposure

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support deliveries and assist with high-risk obstetric situations as needed
• Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the labor and delivery process
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices in clinical care
