Job Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Experience with inpatient rehabilitation, neuro rehab, or acute care therapy preferred
• Vestibular rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
• BLS certification required
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to meet pre-start compliance deadlines
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, balance, and safety
• Provide vestibular rehabilitation interventions as part of the therapy program
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehab professionals, and therapy staff to support optimal patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and maintain timely charting standards
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home exercise techniques
• Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered rehab team focused on quality care
