Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Infusion nursing and chemotherapy experience required
• Oncology nursing experience required
• BLS certification from AHA required
• ONS/chemo certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to float as needed between nearby facilities
• Must meet assignment eligibility guidelines
• Strong communication, organization, and patient education skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate infusion nursing care in a busy outpatient clinical environment
• Administer IV therapies and chemotherapy according to clinical protocols and best practices
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment for response, tolerance, and safety
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and symptom management
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards at all times
• Adapt to floating assignments as needed to support patient care needs
