• Type: Travel Cath Lab Technologist / CT Radiologic Technologist
• Location: Morgantown, West Virginia (26505) — a welcoming community with convenient access to local amenities and nearby activities
• Setting: Cardiac Cath Lab
• Schedule: 4x10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) or 5x8-hour days (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) as needed
• Shift Duration: 10-hour days
• Call: 1 weekday and 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks, including holidays
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 9/14/2026
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,490 - $2,670
• Charting System: Cerner
• Specialty Focus: Diagnostic and interventional cardiology, endovascular peripheral intervention
• Scrubs: Provided

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a diagnostic or interventional cardiac cath lab, special procedures, or related radiology setting
• Prior travel healthcare experience required
• Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology
• Current ARRT certification required
• WV Medical Imaging License or compact license required; pending license may be accepted for submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to work in a medium-work environment with frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs, and a maximum lift of 50 lbs
• Strong knowledge of cath lab procedures, sterile technique, and patient monitoring
• Comfortable with on-call expectations and a collaborative clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures
• Prepare the procedure room, set up equipment, and prep the access site for interventions
• Monitor hemodynamic status and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias
• Scrub during procedures while maintaining a sterile field and safe patient care standards
• Support the physician during cardiac stent placement, catheterizations, PCI/PTCA, IABP, Impella, temporary pacemaker, and vascular interventions
• Document accurately during procedures and maintain strong communication with the care team
• Maintain equipment, stock supplies, and assist with room readiness
• Participate in required education, competencies, and department in-services
• Follow safety protocols, isolation precautions, and rapid response procedures as needed
