Job Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Active, applicable Physical Therapist license for the state of assignment
• At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical reasoning, patient care, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative rehabilitation care environment

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician direction
• Implement and modify therapy interventions to support functional recovery, mobility, and discharge goals
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers as part of a positive care experience
• Coordinate discipline-specific therapy services and support functional return to community activities
• Uphold safety, compliance, professionalism, and high standards of care in a hospital rehabilitation setting
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement efforts
