Physical Therapist Job Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
• At least 1 year of travel therapy experience
• At least 1 year of home care or home health experience
• Ability to travel to patient cases as assigned throughout the Newton and greater Boston area
• Strong electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communication skills
• Experience treating patients across the lifespan, from pediatric to geriatric populations

Physical Therapy Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence
• Evaluate patients with physical impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and independence
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support care goals
• Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation in accordance with agency standards
• Communicate effectively with the care team to coordinate services and support patient progress
• Travel to scheduled patient visits throughout the assigned service area
