Job Requirements

• Active RN license and Oncology RN certification, or equivalent experience in oncology nursing
• Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience required
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work in a busy outpatient or clinical care setting
• Ability to adapt to rotating weekday start times and maintain excellent attendance
• Excellent communication, organization, and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to complete required onboarding and compliance items prior to start

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to oncology patients
• Support treatment coordination and assist with day-to-day clinical operations
• Monitor patient status, document care accurately, and communicate changes to the care team
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, treatment coordination, and follow-up needs
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare staff to support safe, effective care delivery
• Maintain professionalism, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced oncology environment
