Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) – Allen, TX 75013

Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 2+ years of recent Labor & Delivery experience required
- Travel nurses must live at least 100 miles from the facility
- Valid driver’s license required for submission
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in a collaborative maternal/newborn environment
- Previous experience in Labor & Delivery, Mother Baby, or postpartum nursing preferred
Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring patients and newborns in the maternal/newborn setting
- Support mothers throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery
- Care for newborns and assist with Mother Baby support when Labor & Delivery census is low
- Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changing clinical needs
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to promote positive outcomes for patients and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of nursing practice
