Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent experience as an OR Tech, Operating Room Technician, or Surgical Technologist in an operating room setting
• Ability to prepare and maintain sterile fields for surgical procedures
• Knowledge of surgical instrumentation, supplies, and aseptic technique
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary surgical environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures by organizing instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
• Assist the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating procedural needs
• Maintain sterile technique and support infection prevention standards throughout each case
• Ensure surgical equipment is properly cleaned, stocked, and ready for use
• Assist with patient positioning, room turnover, and overall procedural workflow
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff to promote safe and efficient patient care
