Job Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state where the work will be performed
• Current CPR certification
• At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
• No new graduates
• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient goals and physician direction
• Implement and modify therapeutic interventions to support functional progress, pain management, mobility, and safe return to activity
• Document patient care accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines
• Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services as appropriate for assigned patients
• Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers as part of the rehabilitation care process
• Support patient safety, maintain professional standards, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented outpatient therapy environment
• Participate in professional development and ongoing quality improvement efforts
