• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with varying daily hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,760 - $1,890

Physical Therapist Job Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia
• Minimum 6 months of outpatient clinical experience
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative care team
• No new graduates, please

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs, goals, and physician direction
• Implement, modify, and progress physical therapy interventions to support functional recovery and discharge goals
• Provide patient education and guidance to patients, families, students, and coworkers
• Document evaluations, treatment progress, goal updates, and discharge planning clearly and accurately
• Ensure care is delivered in accordance with applicable regulations, orders, and clinic policies
• Support safe practices, compliance expectations, and a positive patient care environment
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement efforts
