Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU or critical care experience
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care or intensive care setting
• Comfort with overnight scheduling and caring for complex, high-acuity patients

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to care plans and protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, quality outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
