Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license required
• Experience working in an outpatient rehab environment
• CGFNS required for candidates with international education, if applicable
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements prior to start, including flu shot and smoke-free campus compliance
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to support mobility, strength, function, and recovery
• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
• Support patients across a variety of outpatient therapy needs, including orthopedic and specialty rehab cases
• Provide a positive, encouraging experience that helps patients progress toward better outcomes
