• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,210 - $2,370

Occupational Therapist Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active California Occupational Therapist license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• At least 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience required
• Experience in acute care, inpatient rehab, or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong clinical documentation, treatment planning, and patient care coordination skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and flexible travel assignments

Occupational Therapy Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in the Acute Rehab department and float to Acute Inpatient as needed
• Assess functional needs, develop individualized plans of care, and adjust treatment goals based on patient progress
• Complete thorough evaluations, testing, documentation, and charge capture in accordance with facility standards
• Provide therapeutic interventions that support independence, mobility, ADLs, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with physicians, rehab teams, patients, and families to support successful outcomes
• Provide clinical supervision to assistants and aides when applicable
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant treatment environment
• Support quality improvement initiatives and uphold privacy and regulatory standards
